I love this project. Doesn’t it look great. At that time I lived in Columbia, SC and I purchased the wire people local Goodwill. They each cost about one dollar. Eventually, I moved and took them along with me.
When I moved back to Atlanta, GA, I purchased a KEWL solid wood picture from my local Goodwill. One day I decided to put the items together along with material I purchased from Hobby Lobby hobby stores.
The steps were simple but required patience and dexterity. First, I glued both halves of the fabric onto backer board. Second, I sewed the piece that was glued between both halves of the fabric. Lastly, I used small metal pieces to secure the wire people to the final piece. It is a tricky project, but an enjoyable one
